Some of the overwhelming evidence that God allowed Satan to cause 9/11 as a gracious warning to USA Babylon to stop committing spiritual adultery against him or else end up forever in eternal torment:
"Does evil befall a city, and the LORD hath not done it?" (Amos 3:6) [although Job 1-2 suggests that Satan is the more direct cause of destruction, but only with God's permission]
Uncommon similarities between the Twin Towers (types of the Antichrist which imitates Christ) and the Two Witnesses of Revelation 11 which the towers are "types" or foreshadowings of:
-both pairs were made by God to resemble God the Father & God the Son, just as the Statue of "Liberty Enlightening the World" is Satan's counterfeit of Jesus "the light of the world" (John 8:12):
--- "it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear record [Greek "martyrountes"= "witnesses"] in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." (1 John 5:6-7) [Jesus "the Word" is referred to as a "witness" also in Rev. 3:14 & in the instances in Genesis 31 & Joshua 22,24 where a "stone"/"rock" which symbolizes Jesus very often throughout the Bible is called a "witness"]
---Jesus' body is compared to a "tabernacle" building in Amos 9:11 & Hebrews 9:11 only out of all the verses of Amos & Hebrews, and indirectly to the Tower of Siloam (Shiloh) in John 9:11 which fell & killed people (discussed below)
---the two witnesses do ministry for 3 ½ years (Rev. 11:3) as Jesus does (as revealed when He compares His ministry to Elijah's in Luke 4:25);
---the two witnesses are made by God to resemble Moses (who "plays the role of God to Aaron" [Exodus 4:16], i.e. God the Father, whom Jesus calls "my God" in John 20:17) & Aaron (who plays the role of Moses's "prophet," or Jesus the High Priest [Ex. 4:16]), and both Moses & Aaron are types of Christ;
---as the Twin Towers had 110 stories, so do the types of Christ Joseph & Joshua live 110 years, and so are Psalm 2 & 110 the only two out of 150 Psalms in which God the Father speaks to God the Son and both are called "Lord");
---God is called a "tower" in Psalm 61:3;
---the two witnesses are called "two olive trees" (11:4), as the Twin Towers were and God is tall like trees [although the Father & the Son are TWO persons, I think the Bible suggests in Isaiah 6:1 for instance that they appear together as ONE giant in Heaven]. The only other place these "two olive trees" are mentioned in the Bible is Zechariah 3 & at the end of Zechariah 6, where they are shown to represent God the Father & Jesus "the High Priest" (represented in these passages by Joshua/Jeshua "the High Priest" who has the same name as Jesus in Hebrew ["Yeshua"] and who is called "son of Josedech" [symbolic of "Joseph" & "the LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS" of Jeremiah 23:5 which is translated in the Septuagint with the identical Greek word "Iosedech"]) who "send" (John 15:26) the Holy Spirit, which is represented by [olive] oil throughout the Bible

---both pairs are resurrected and "ascended up to heaven in a cloud" (Rev. 11:11-12): for the Twin Towers were resurrected for 33 days as beams of light which reached up into heaven
---thus, both pairs are "lamps" or "light-sources" (Revelation 11:4) as Jesus is "the light of the world" (John 8:12)
---because 9/11 is all over the Bible (for instance in the first 9 verses of Chapter 11 of Genesis which talk about the destruction of the Tower of Babylon), both pairs testify powerfully that Jesus indeed was resurrected and spoke the truth
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. (Deut. 19:15)
9-11 & the fall of Iraq (the location of ancient Babylon) are God's emergency warnings of "the day of the LORD" when NYC? ["in one hour" according to Rev. 18] and within seven years the rest of the world will fall, as you can see here & toward the bottom of this page. "Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?" (Amos 3:6):
14 The great day of the LORD [a phrase often used in the Bible to describe the time of Jesus' Second Coming and Jesus' reign] is near...15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress...1:16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. 17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. [US who was one of the two "great" world superpowers after World War II expanded in all these directions since the time of the 13 colonies]
5And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground [unusual detail to include; the airplanes of course did not touch ground either]: and the goat had a notable horn [tip of plane] between his eyes. [the eyes are symbolic of the front glasses of the airplane]
6And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river [Twin Towers were very close to the Hudson River], and ran unto him in the fury of his power.
7And I saw him come close unto the ram, and he was moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his two horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: and there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.
8Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was strong, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven. [four planes were launched by Osama Bin Laden on 9/11]
9And out of one of them came forth a little horn [the 11th horn of Daniel 7, which represents the Antichrist, who has the spirit of Bin Laden]...

20The ram which thou sawest having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia. [The first of the Twin Towers was the King of TV Media, for its 110th floor was the headquarters of many major television networks!; even though this pun on "Media" doesn't exist in all languages, so has God caused that to be the case with many English words such as Sun-Son, God-Good, Devil-Evil, God-dog, God-Gog, etc. Also, the king of Media Astyages who tried to kill type of the Antichrist Cyrus the Great at birth just like types of the Antichrist Pharaoh & Herod tried to kill types of Christ Moses & Christ himself at birth, and the king of Persia Cyrus the Great are types of the Antichrist just like the Twin Towers are. Kings are referred to as tall "mountains" in Rev. 17:9-10 & tall "trees" in Daniel 4]
21And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king. [he was foreshadowed by Alexander the Great who was a type of the Antichrist just like Osama Bin Laden is]
Revelation 1:1: "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [put into "signs" or "symbols"] it by his angel unto his servant John." Much of Revelation is to be interpreted as metaphor, as is indicated for instance in Revelation 17:9-11 when John says "seven mountains. And there are seven kings...," implying that the seven mountains are metaphors for proud kings
Given that Revelation describes "the DAY of the LORD...against the high towers" (Zephaniah 1:16), it would be fitting for many of the events of Revelation to be foreshadowed by 9/11. Revelation 11 & 18 have the most obvious connections with 9/11, but there appear to be connections with both Ch. 9 & 10 as well. That these connections are not fictional is suggested by the fact that Revelation 9:11 is one of the 9:11 verses along with the ones in Amos, Hebrews, & John that clearly are connected with 9/11.
Revelation 9-11, 17-18: The Three "Woes" described in Revelation, all foreshadowed by 9/11
Revelation 9: 9:1-11: "first woe"; 9:12-21: a separate event (?) which also elaborates on the first woe
[God made the fulfillment of this chapter foreshadowed also by: 1) the four "Revolution #9" Beatles ["locust" beetles] who were released just a few decades ago from Liverpool "the capital of culture of 2008" of the European Union, the Babylon that is apparently about to supplant (and destroy?) USA Babylon, just as Ancient Persia Babylon destroyed Ancient Babylon Babylon & Ancient Roman Babylon destroyed Ancient Greek Babylon, and Ancient Greek Babylon destroyed Ancient Persia Babylon; and by 2) the armies of Muhammad (see this link too). Therefore, it is credible for there to be another foreshadowed fulfillment of this chapter: 9/11.]

14 - Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels [the four flying airplanes of 9/11] which are bound in the great river Euphrates [can almost signify "person with a good mind": "phren"="mind"] [the river next to Babylon, symbolized by the rivers adjacent to the "Babylons" the four flying planes of 9/11 departed from: the Charles River of Boston (called "the Hub of the Universe" as Babylon is described in Rev. 18 as the center of world trade, "the cradle of America" & "the cradle of liberty" as Babylon in Mesopotamia is "the cradle of civilization," & "Athens of America" as Athens is a type of Babylon as I discuss in my Babylon commentary), Hudson ("son of Hugh"="son of mind") River of NYC/Newark, & Potomac River of Washington DC (the capital of USA Babylon) which is 665 km long (almost 666) or 383 statutory miles, as Neil Armstrong's backpack weighed 66 pounds on the moon & 383 pounds on Earth when he stepped on the Moon symbol of Satan in 1969 (666)]
Babylon was in Mesopotamia ("between the two rivers": compare with D.C. between Potomac & Chesapeake Rivers, and NYC between Hudson & East Rivers!)

(there are tons of instances in the Bible where God hints at a connection between a thing by having the words look almost identical, as is the case with "Iris" & "Isis" and "nephelen"/"nephelim". For instance, "Joshua the son of Josedech" the high priest of Zechariah, elsewhere called "Jeshua the son of Josedech," looks very similar to "Jesus the son of Joseph," and he is a type of Jesus "the High Priest" of God the Father. Jesus & Jeshua have the same name in Hebrew ("Yeshua"). A second example is "Gog" the name of the Antichrist given in Ezekiel 38, which screams "God", as is very fitting since the Antichrist Satan "will be like the Most High." It is no accident that the following similarities exist in English: Sun-Son, God-Good, Devil-Evil, God-Dog a type of the Antichrist who supplants God as "man's best friend", etc.)

My interpretation is not a stretch at all. Just as there are people who are types of the Antichrist who imitate Christ in many uncommon ways, so are there buildings which do the same as Jesus is compared to the tabernacle building throughout the Bible (ex. in Amos 9:11 & Hebrews 9:11) & to a "strong tower" (Psalm 61:3, John 9:11 which refers to "Siloam" the place of "The Tower of Siloam (identical to "Shiloh" in Hebrew, which is the name given to Jesus in Gen. 49:10)" which fell in Luke 13 & killed people)
This website shows that there are other buildings which are Satanic imitations of the three persons of God (among the many passages I could point out to prove that there are three persons of God is Genesis 18, where three men appear who are together referred to by Abraham as "LORD"), especially Christ, including:
-the TRIlithons ("THREE rocks") of Stonehenge
-the THREE pyramids of Giza including the Great Pyramid (called "God's Stone Witness")
-the Parthenon

4 - And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour [proof that in the Bible, purple & scarlet invariably indicate luxury, royalty, & sin, as the US long had the world's highest standard of living, & as the Statue of Liberty is modeled after the pagan goddess [i.e. devil] Isis "Queen of Heaven"], and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

8 - The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 - And here [is] the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10 - And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, [and] the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 - And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
12 - And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13 - These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
14 - These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him [are] called, and chosen, and faithful.
15 - And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 - And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17 - For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
18 - And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. [as NYC does now insofar as the United Nations headquarters is situated there]
Revelation 18
1 - And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2 - And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 - For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 - And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5 - For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
6 - Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
7 - How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
8 - Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong [is] the Lord God who judgeth her.
9 - And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
10 - Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
11 - And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12 - The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
13 - And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14 - And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
15 - The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
16 - And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
17 - For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
18 - And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What [city is] like unto this great city!
19 - And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
20 - Rejoice over her, [thou] heaven, and [ye] holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
21 - And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast [it] into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
22 - And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft [he be], shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
23 - And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
24 - And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. [countless people sent to Hell because of NYC & the other "Babylons" of world history]
Jesus' body is compared to a "tabernacle" building in Amos 9:11 & Hebrews 9:11 only out of all the verses of Amos & Hebrews, and indirectly to the Tower of Siloam (identical in Hebrew to Jesus' name "Shiloh") in John 9:11 which fell & killed people (see NYC Babylon for extensive discussion of these verses)
