Ivy League: symbol of the eight "mountains" on which Mystery Babylon (the USA) sits
Mystery Babylon is said to sit "on" or "upon" the beast which represents Satan. "On" can mean physically in contact with or upheld by. The United States is both physically in contact with the Ivy League colleges & is upheld by them insofar as many presidents & other government leaders have graduated from those schools. For instance: Yale: George Bush Sr. & George Bush Jr., Dick Cheney, Bill Clinton, Hilary Clinton, ...Harvard: John Adams & John Quincy Adams who both denied Jesus is God, Rutherford B. Hayes, John F. Kennedy the Catholic, George Bush Jr., FDR,..
Harvard ("army guard," name derived from the son of a butcher), Yale ("fruitful"- like Jesus the "vine"), Princeton ("prince"- Satan is the "prince of this world" [John 12:31]), UPenn ("Penn's [of the heretical Quakers] Woodland"), Dartmouth (having a "sword in the mouth," as Jesus is depicted in Revelation 1), Columbia ("dove"- imitation of God who descended as a dove), Brown (related to [Lord] "Byron" who was very wild, names associated with the nobility like "Baron" & "Brian," and "Brann" which means raven and which is associated with death), Cornell (from Cornelius: "horn," as there are horns on Satan the 7-headed beast of Rev. 17)
These eight universities (along with other entitites, for Bible passages often have >1 meaning) represent the eight "kings"/"mountains"/"heads" mentioned in Rev. 17:9-11. "Mountains" in the Bible can represent highly exalted groups of people such as cities, as is clear from this passage: "I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the LORD. Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth" (Jeremiah 51:24-25) Thus, the Ivy League universities are fittingly described as mountains because all of the Ivy League's institutions place near the top in the U.S. News & World Report college and university rankings and rank within the top one percent of the world's academic institutions in terms of financial endowment.
-the 8th king which is the Antichrist or "little horn" & who enters the scene after the first 7 kings are united according to Daniel 7:7-8 and who is much different and much more evil than anyone who came before him is represented by Cornell (related to Cornelius- "horn"), the only one of the Ivy League schools to not arise in the Colonial period which ended in 1776
-Further evidence that these eight are referred to in Rev. 17:9-11 is provided by the fact that in Daniel 7, the "kings" are referred to as "beasts," which resemble the names of these eight's athletic teams: Princeton's Bulldogs (I show in Part One of the Table that dogs represent the Antichrist), Princeton's "Tigers," Columbia's "Lions," Brown's "Bears," & Cornell's "Bears." Interestingly, in Daniel 7, the first beast is a lion & the second beast is a bear, and Brown was the next Ivy League University founded after Columbia. Harvard's "Crimson" & Cornell's "Big Red" resemble Satan the "scarlet beast" of Rev. 12 & Rev. 17. UPenn's "Quakers" are beasts because Quakers are mystics rather than true Christians, for they expect to hear from God without needing to study the Bible although Jesus teaches "Ye err not knowing the Scriptures" (Matt. 22:29) and although it is the Scriptures which equip us for good works (2 Tim. 3:16-17) for the doing of which God redeemed His people. While pondering about Dartmouth's "Big Green," I typed those two words into Google search & found these images on the first page:

Ivy: a vine (what Jesus calls himself in John 15), and related to "Eve," "Ave" which is associated with the paganized Virgin Mary ("Ave Maria"), "Ava" ("serpent"- i.e. Satan), poison ivy (symbol of Satan) Thus, we could also call the Ivy League The Mary League, The Serpent League, The Poison League.

-More on the Ivy: The power of the Ivy lies in its ability to cling and bind, making it a potent symbol of determination and strength to the Druids [i.e. PAGANS!]. Ivy has been known to strangle trees and was once a portent of death and spiritual growth. The plant is an evergreen and bears leaves which are dark green and somewhat waxy in texture. It can grow to be 100 feet long in Beech woods and around human habitations [Satan is gigantic], where it is widely planted as ground cover. The Ivy has thin tendrils that attach themselves to surfaces and are strong enough to penetrate bricks and plaster. Its greenish flowers appear on short, vertical, shrubby branches. A member of the Ginseng family, the Ivy can grow in such profusion upon its host that the host tree smothers and dies [if you are filled with an evil spirit instead of the Holy Spirit, you will not gain eternal life]. The berries of the Ivy can be used for medicinal purposes, but are poisonous if taken in large quantities.
